Oklahoma City police operatives arrested last December 27, 2011 a man who was wearing only a bra and crotchless underwear. Forty eight year old Jeff Watson, who is suspected of exposing himself while wearing a bra and crotchless underwear, was arrested last month at the Modern Maternity store in Penn Square Mall.

A clerk at Modern Maternity told authorities that while Watson was browsing for clothes, he asked her for her phone number and to go out to lunch. The clerk refused to give her phone number.
